About us

"Our Story, Our Team, Our Indigeneity."

Relational First.
Outcomes Second.

We don't just deliver services, we guide transformation. Every partnership begins with whakawhanaungatanga and is shaped through genuine connection, cultural integrity, and co-design.

At Wolfgramm Holdings, impact doesn't start with a product it starts with people. Our approach is grounded in tikanga Maori and tailored to each kaupapa. We listen deeply, build trust early, and design each engagement with long-term benefit in mind.

Whether it's introducing AI to business owners, facilitating Marae Day experiences, or supporting PhD researchers to embed kaupapa Maori into their methodologies, we take a relational path that leads to durable, measurable outcomes.

Our process is guided by:

Cultural authenticity – not performative, but grounded.

Strategic alignment – solutions fit your mission, not ours.

Shared accountability – we stay connected to ensure sustained growth.
